1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. In addition to cookies we also use local browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) and an embedded booking widget. For convenience we refer to all of these techniques in this policy as “cookies”.
2. Categories of cookies we use
On your first visit we ask for your consent via a cookie banner. Until you give consent, we place only strictly necessary cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” button at the bottom of every page.

3. Reservation widget (GuestPlan)
When you click “Reserve”, the GuestPlan booking widget opens. This widget may set technical cookies needed for its own functionality. GuestPlan is an independent data controller for the data you enter into the widget. See the GuestPlan privacy policy.
4. QR menu in the restaurant
The QR menu (/qrmenu/) you can scan at the table works with a temporary session ID stored only in your browser’s working memory (sessionStorage), which disappears automatically when you close the tab. No cookies are placed, no IP addresses are stored, and no personal data is collected. We use the anonymised aggregates solely to improve the menu and the in-restaurant experience. For this reason no cookie banner appears on this page.
5. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can reset or fully withdraw your cookie consent at any time:
- Click the “Cookie Preferences” button at the bottom of every page.
- Delete cookies and local storage via your browser settings. The next time you visit our site, you will see the cookie banner again.
6. Blocking cookies in your browser
You can also disable all cookie placement in your browser. Please note that our website may then not work fully (for example the language switcher or the reservation flow).
